Black Gang Members Get in Intense Shootout in OKC

The Oklahoma City Police Department needs your help. OKCPD Homicide investigators want you to watch the video of this shoot-out that took place in a parking lot near NE 36th/Lottie in the early morning hours of April 2nd. During this shoot-out, 31-year-old Bennie Simmons Jr. was killed. As you can see, several people were involved.
