A1C 11.7 , HIGH BLOOD SUGAR, DIABETES, AND ON THE ROAD TO HEALING.

Please be advised that I am not giving any medical advice I am not a doctor or a healer I am someone who has a situation and I had to deal with it, this video is about my experience and lowering my blood sugar and hopefully getting back to health.

Please be advised that I am still consulting my doctor and I do take diabetic medicine Pioglitazone and metformin.

I have noticed that I left one point out of this video which is I will refill the masonry jar after I drink from it, I have been using municipal water it's up to you if you choose to use bottled or municipal.

The use of the three different seeds at the same time as a combination was my idea, I have tried Garden Crest seeds previously and it did lower my blood sugar faster than you drop a rock except it came back immediately the minute I got off it, there is those who say that Garden Crest seeds will affect The Thyroid glands others say it will not, therefore please do your own research before you take my advice or anyone else's advice, keep in mind that The human body would behave different between one person and another therefore there is no substitute of knowing your own body and what ails you and what heals you.

As you will see in this video; I ended up with over 500 high blood sugar and at the same time 11.7 A1C, as usual my doctor recommended injections at almost $1,200 a month and God knows what's in them, I decided on trying the traditional way and looked up Arabic traditional medicine and this is what I came up with, three seeds that will help you lower your blood sugar, Fenugreek, Coriander seeds, and Garden Cross seeds.

Survival is not for the smart or the strong it is for those who have the ability to adopt into a new situation and coexist with others.

Rani Fenugreek, also known as Kasoori Methi, can have some side effects, though it's generally safe when consumed in normal food amounts. Some potential side effects include digestive issues like diarrhea, nausea, and gas. In larger doses, it may cause a drop in blood sugar, which could be problematic for people with diabetes or those taking medications that lower blood sugar. Additionally, fenugreek not recommended during pregnancy due to potential risks of birth defects.

While generally safe in culinary amounts, coriander seeds can pose some health risks, particularly when consumed in large quantities or by certain individuals. Potential risks include allergic reactions, digestive issues, and interactions with medications.
another way of bringing blood sugar under control is by eating something in the middle of the night, The human body will demand sugar in the middle of the nice and the pancreas will occasionally over delivered with, if the body is not able to handle higher level of blood sugar your A1C will shoot through the roof, please do your own research and decide on your own what you want done and how much you consume after all it depends on your situation, The first step in healing is a commitment to do something about the situation you are in.

Garden cress seeds, while nutritious, can pose certain risks, especially for individuals with specific health conditions or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Key concerns include potential interference with thyroid function due to goitrogens, increased risk of bleeding due to blood-thinning effects, and possible complications during pregnancy.
