Professional Embezzling Monetary Rapists (PEMRs) are the "people" who knowingly participate in what I call TGH-Embezzle. As of today, these "people" (the PEMRs) SHALL be referred to as "The Dominion," and their direct reports (like the Florida Board of Accountancy, as controlled by the Florida Governor, a Dominion member) SHALL be known as "Jem'Hadar" soldiers.
