All Hands on Deck!

The WHOLE TEAM was out today!

Annie, Olivia, Jodi, and Troy… a.k.a. the Dream Team.

This time, we’re out on Jones Flat in Beaver Dam, AZ, wrapping up an estate sale project that took months—yes, plural, with an “s.”

Originally, the owner thought a neighbor was going to buy the house after the estate sale…but that deal flopped harder than California’s plan to power the whole state on solar panels. 🌞💀

So, she called us to sell the place.
Smart woman.

We signed the paperwork and got busy:
✔️ Pulled weeds
✔️ Raked 100 trillion pine needles
✔️ Scrubbed every wall, fan, door & dusty crevice
✔️ Patched holes and painted every blemish
✔️ Shampooed the carpets
✔️ Swept like Cinderella on a caffeine binge

Now:
📸 Troy is filming the pro photos, video, and drone shots
📋 Laura is prepping the listing
🧠 And I’m building a marketing plan to get this baby SOLD

Here’s the kicker: The seller only paid for a quart of paint and the carpet cleaning.

Everything else—yep, the blood, sweat, and Windex—was on us.

Could we have cut corners and put this house on the market in two days? Sure.

But we don’t do shortcuts.

We took 4 days and did it right—so it looks better, sells faster, and brings in more💰
