a deeeeeeep dive into the 1898 Birthright citizenship case of Wong Kim Ark, why it was at least partially right at that time and why it never applied to illegal immigrants. This is the case SCOTUS (and the District Courts) will apply when the case(s) come to the Courts. Ark stood for birthright citizenship (sort of) but did it really ever envision the use of invading illegal aliens coming in and popping babies out at the behest of foreign governments and to use the American system against: America.
