Judge sides with wineries

Nearly a dozen wineries on the Old Mission Peninsula in Grand Traverse County were given a victory in a federal lawsuit against Peninsula Township Monday. Judge Paul Maloney of the US District Court of Western Michigan handed out almost $50 million dollars in damages for zoning ordinances he found unconstitutional. No word from the township yet.
