Legally Resisting the Nefarium's Depop & Transhumanism... Argentina, Malaysia & Uruguay, Philippines

Amidst all the unspeakable evil of the bloody Plandemic elephant in the global room, elements of the unsheepled members of humanity are trying to Resist the depopulation, enslavement and transhumanism agenda of the diabolical cabal* overlording this planet thru legal means.

The most recent effort is by the group of Argentinians who filed a complaint last month for violation of Art. 200 of the South American country's Penal Code--for the grave crime of poisoning through an undeclared, dangerous contaminant, a "[n]on-biological material that should not be in a vaccine, which is injected intravenously" but is present in all the Covid-19, childhood schedule and other vaccines and even in physiological saline used in hospitals. The contaminant referred to here is graphene oxide as revealed in a scientific investigation conducted during a congress in the Argentine province of San Luis. However, as explained by Dr. Martin Monteverde and Mr. Victor Vital during the group's press conference, they actually discovered a total of 55 nanometals and other substances present in vaccines but are suspiciously undeclared in package inserts. Monteverde disclosed that a scientific investigation has found vaccines to actually harm instead of prevent disease, and he called on Argentinian parents "not to inoculate their children anymore until [the issue of the contaminants] is clarified”.

Dr. Monteverde pointed out that the scientific investigation was conducted in San Luis province and involving inoculants purchased in San Luis itself, stressing the fact that the scientific research behind their report is apart from the "many [previous] studies on vials, on injections that have been carried out in the world and within the country." The first scientific study on the graphene oxide content of the Covid-19 vaccine, conducted by Spanish scientist Dr. Pedro Campra from the University of Almeria, was released in mid-2021.

A month earlier in April 2025, Dr. Monteverde sounded the alarm on a new vaccine for dengue that, through a scientific analysis, has been revealed to contain graphene oxide. He slams their Health Ministry and their food, drugs and medical devices regulating body, ANMAT, for pushing the vaccine on the Argentinian population in an effort to stoke fear and vaccine compliance akin to the mass psychological operation, including media manipulation, wrought against the public during the so-called Covid-19 "pandemic".

Also in April, a similar laboratory undertaking on available vaccines in the market was conducted in the other side of the world. The Investigation of Vaccines Used in the Philippines Using EMF Monitoring and Darkfield Microscopy conducted by the team of Dr. Aesha Villanueva found the presence of self-assembling and interacting nanobots not just in the Covid-19 "vaccines" but in other vaccines. They called on all Filipino pediatricians, obstetricians and parents to request further research to test the content and safety of all vaccines.

Worth noting is that in July 2023, the Philippine Supreme Court dismissed the consolidated petitions of three concerned groups of citizens, including a number of doctors and scientists and lawyers, challenging the constitutionality of the masking and vaccine mandates and other regulations affecting travel, life and equal protection rights during the Covid-19 "pandemic". The High Court flimsily invoked as basis the "doctrine of hierarchy of courts", which is unusual because it has often forgone technicalities on issues profoundly affecting the public or involving serious constitutional questions.

In Malaysia, a class action suit against the government and the World Health Organization on allegations that the virtually mandated Covid-19 “vaccines” have caused death and diseases is in progress. The case, allowed to be withdrawn for refiling, claims the authorities utilized fraud, unfair use of influence, censoring of facts, and misrepresentation to deceive the public into taking what plaintiffs describe as deadly experimental inoculants.

Just this month in Uruguay, a presentation on neuromodulation, a critical aspect of the transhumanist agenda, was conducted in the country's parliament. After the acclaimed neuroscientist Dr. Rafael Yuste (of the Brain Project fame) earlier visited and discussed the reality of neuromodulation, Representative Gustavo Alberto Salle Lorier of the Sovereign Identity Party delivered a speech warning about the need to set up protection against neuromodulation which is serving as an imperialist tool of domination by the United States and the kleptocratic corporate globalist elites. He asks:

Now, the question is, do we protect [our country] through legislation?... there is a need to be careful when legislating on a topic like this, which is a new topic. To a large extent, you are legitimizing the behavior. If we legislate on neuromodulation, we legitimize the verb, the action, that of manipulating the human brain technically and scientifically.

Good luck to the Resistance. Too little, too slow, too unreliable could be the legal fight against the nefarious overlords who secretly control practically all institutions in this world. But, what options do we real humans really have?
