Georgia police officers save two toddlers roasting in a car that reached an internal temperature of 117 degrees.

Cobb County Police responded to a call after a shopper noticed two small children sobbing in the backseat of a car.

The father, J’Quawn Dixon, left them in the parked car for about 40 minutes while he went into the mall.

When Dixon finally returned to the car, he was immediately arrested and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.

He was charged with two counts of second-degree cruelty.

The kids are one and two years old.
