Upskirt Perv Caught on Camera

Can you help detectives in identifying this unknown suspect who was caught on camera taking voyeuristic pictures up the dress of a female victim while she was shopping at TJ Maxx (11030 Pines Boulevard) on May 30, 2021?

The suspect approached the victim from behind while she was distracted. The victim felt a touch on her leg, and noticed the suspect quickly exiting the store. The victim's husband followed the suspect out of the business, where he fled westbound on foot towards Hiatus Road.

The suspect is described as a thin white male with dark-colored hair, approximately 5'7", last seen wearing a gray army cap, white polo shirt, and light gray athletic pants.
