Flickering Terrain Issue Resolved for No Man's Sky after 5.73 update

Thanks to ⁨@ZotMaan on YouTube⁩ I was able to fix the Terrain Stuttering issue in No Man's Sky. The Reflections setting seems to have been the issue.
