🌿It’s so easy to make a fresh herbal tea infusion at home. All you need is a few sprigs of fresh herbs and some hot water. Here is why you may want to try this:

Not only do herbs provide us with bioavailable nutrition in the form of vitamins and minerals, and not only do they provide us flavor, pleasure, and beauty, they also provide key biological signaling to our systems.

☀️Plants absorb photons from the sun. This is a special type of intelligence where the plants is responding to your geographical location and time of year, holding that information within itself. So if you’re sourcing your herbs locally or growing them yourselves, you are actually also giving your body information about where we are in the cycle of the year and what your body needs to do to work most efficiently as it pertains to your hormones, stress levels, sleep, digestion, energy, and natural detox cycles.

💪So many people look at herbalism as crunchy granola hippie stuff. But they don’t realize that just like our food, our herbs and supplements actually are another source of information and signaling to the body providing information about how to run with vitality on every level. There’s a much deeper function at play when we can source those ingredients fresh and locally.

And if you’re into biohacking, you are probably sourcing your supplements and nutraceuticals from places all over the world that are actually providing confusing signaling to your body about how it should be running its natural cycles and functions.

🏹This is why I teach my apprentices and clients how to live within the cycle of the year, combining ancient wisdom with the modern science of quantum biology to give yourself the greatest level of health and the strongest resilience against all of the modern assaults on our bodies.
