PUERTO CORTES, HONDURAS – July 27, 2024
Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport USNS Burlington (T-EPF 10) makes port in Puerto Cortes, Honduras, in direct support of Continuing Promise 2024. This mission—conducted under U.S. Southern Command’s Enduring Promise initiative—reinforces operational partnerships, strengthens regional interoperability, and demonstrates unwavering U.S. commitment to allies throughout the Western Hemisphere.
Continuing Promise 2024 serves as a strategic platform for deepening military and civil-military cooperation across partner nations in the region.
