Soldiers and airmen from across the state demonstrate their marksmanship ability with the M4 Carbine and M17 pistol in the 2nd Annual Montana Adjutant General’s State Championship Marksmanship Match, or “Hoop’s Shoot” on July 15 to 17 at Fort Harrison, Mont.

Congratulations to the winners of the competition, who were the top 20% of competitors: Sgt. 1st Class Pat Crisswell, Capt. Paul Weber, Capt. Jacob Bernal, Sgt. 1st Class Rod Smith, and Staff Sgt. Daniel Johnson, These Guardsmen will wear the coveted “Governor’s 20” patch, while representing the state at multiple future competitions.
