Who Decides? - Convention of States Michigan is made up of Michiganders unwilling to sit by idly while the federal government spends the country into the ground and seizes control of more areas of our lives. The Constitution provides us with a solution, and We the Volunteer Team of COS Michigan choose to stand up, step out, and make a difference.
