Curious wild deer comes to share a snack with man in forest
White-tailed deer are extremely peaceful creatures that can be found in most forests in North America, Central America, and South America. They wander and graze most of the day, preferring to eat grass, fallen fruit, and grain where they can find it.
This man knows that if he sits almost motionless in the forest, snacking on apples or carrots, deer will eventually become curious enough to get close. This is a protected forest and there is no hunting allowed anywhere in the area. The deer seem to understand that they will not be harmed if they approach humans, but they will only come this close for those patient enough to be very quiet and still. This man knows the smell of food and the crunching will be hard to resist. After a long wait, a deer appears and slowly walks over with curiosity. It finds the carrots and corn on the ground and it happily snacks away near the man.
An encounter like this is a beautiful and unforgettable experience.
