Mini Cut Week 1: 251lbs Vegan Bodybuilder | Full Day of Eating + Training Update

Week one check-in here - sitting at 251lbs this morning, down from 257 last week. Dropped carbs from 580 to 450 so seeing some water weight come off, which I expected. Hamstring injury is healing up nicely, mobility is almost back to normal. Today I'm hanging out with my boy Alex, hitting the gym together and making a training video for his channel. Gonna show you guys a full day of eating including my s'mores smoothie with peas, pb2, and marshmallow protein. Goal is to drop 15-20lbs while keeping strength up before pushing into another massing phase!
