BTW I'm not afraid to hurt your feelings, so buckle up.

1. There is no excuse for not reading your Bible. You make time for and put effort into things that you care about.

2. You cannot complain that God does not speak to you or feel close to you if you rarely ever read His Word. He stays constant, so it's you who must choose to draw close to Him.

3. Quit avoiding the parts of the Bible that challenge you. Growth happens when you ask hard questions, search for answers, and look at all of God's attributes revealed in Scripture.
