Happy New Year! While new goals and resolutions can be set anytime, there’s just something about a new year and new beginnings that represent change. Bob and Shawn discuss different techniques to better help you achieve your goals throughout the year. These techniques not only apply to financial new year's goals, but also to wellness goals within your own life, whether that be to start an exercise regimen or to spend more time with family.

No matter what your New Year’s resolutions or New Year's goals might be - financial or no - it is important to take a step back and examine your life during this time of new beginnings. There are always opportunities for us to improve, but to also track our goals, progress, and New Year's resolutions in a healthy and consistent way.
