French Toast
Ingredients:
• 1 Egg per piece of toast
• 2 tbsp Heavy Cream per egg
• 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
• 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, optional
• 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, organic
• Pure Maple Syrup
• Fresh Berries & Whipped Cream, optional
Directions:
1. Beat egg, cream, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a shallow bowl.
2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing bread to soak up some of the mixture.
3. Melt coconut oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add as many slices of bread onto the skillet as will fit at a time. Fry until the middle is firm and it’s brown on both sides, flipping the bread when necessary.
