FC Cincinnati breaks ground on new stadium

Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber said Tuesday he sees something special in Cincinnati — hence the city's team being invited to join his league. FC Cincinnati leaders and supporters helped break ground on the city's first-ever soccer-specific stadium, which they hope will bring new life to the long-neglected West End neighborhood.
