All you have to do to get great damage from team rocket's weezing is to fill your bench with other weezing or koffing and they don't even have to be team rocket pokemon. As a stage 1 it will be easy to bring out and powering it up is also easy thanks to team rocket's special double energy. The only problem, as always is the terrible HP the designers keep giving regular pokemon.
