For over 45 years, I’ve warned that the education system—celebrated as the cornerstone of progress—is fundamentally broken. Back then, I was labeled “anti-education.” But my criticism was never about learning; it was about a rigid, disconnected, and archaic system that produces graduates with paper degrees and no real-world value. Today, that uncomfortable truth is no longer fringe. The cracks are visible. Society is finally waking up to a reality long ignored: our education systems are factories of unemployability, churning out degrees in fields no one is hiring for.
