Doing 10 push-ups is a solid way to build upper body strength. Here's a quick guide to do them correctly:
✅ Proper Push-Up Form:
1. Start Position:
Hands shoulder-width apart, feet together, body in a straight line from head to heels.
2. Lower Down:
Bend your elbows and lower your chest toward the floor—keep your elbows at about a 45° angle.
3. Push Up:
Press through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the start.
4. Breathe:
Inhale as you lower, exhale as you push up.
