AR-0169: A classic victim of MST3K from back in the day, this rather oddball case of what should have been perfect material for the TV movie market of the era somehow getting a theatrical release has Joe Don Baker play the police detective equivalent of Homer Simpson - lives on a diet of 🍺, reads only porno mags and is as big of a slob as Springfield Nuclear Plant's most famous safety technician from Sector 7-G. And just like Homer, this guy has a determination like a raging bull!
In this movie, Mitchell [that's the name, that name again is Mr. Mitchell] goes after not one but two rather pretentious dunderheads who think they can outwit this guy...

To be honest, this film ain't that bad, but nothing more than a drab-plotted TV-grade police thriller put on the wrong kind of market.

Oh, if you're after the uncut version, with the complete violent takedowns and partial glimpses of boobs, track down the cheap Australian DVD from Flashback Entertainment [the one that has that cover I used for the index picture]...

My Grade: C [Average]
