DEEP STATE - Judge Napolitano - Scott Ritter

This is from a month ago just after Ukraine was able to
drone attack Russian nuclear bomber bases deep inside
Russia.

I post this because although we constantly throw around the
phrase "Deep State" we really don't have a clear handle of
who or how that actually works outside of the bounds of
normal governmental or presidential control.

I mean if the President or the head of the CIA says to it's
underlings "Don't bomb Russia" and It happens anyway. Who's
calling the shots here ?

This 20 minute video gave me quite a bit of insight into how this shit
goes down.

There's a Dept. inside the CIA called "Russia House" that is not
accountable to anyone including the President or to Radcliff the
CIA director.

This is the real "Deep State"

The British and all western states have basically the same rouge dept's.

The only way to counter this is to completely dismantle the CIA.
