Tyrannosaurus's Arms Were Weapons of Mass Destruction... Maybe

The age old question, why did Tyrannosaurus Rex have such teeny tiny arms? A lot of paleontologist have proposed answers, but none as quite as interesting as the weapon theory. Imagine a world were the T. rex terrorizes its prey by hacking and slashing them to death with their seemingly harmless arms, well this is what one paleontologist proposes was the case.
