City still surveying new police HQ locations as initial deal 'no longer being considered'

A spokesman for Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson said Tuesday that the administration is no longer considering the former Plain Dealer building at 1801 Superior Ave. as the new headquarters for the city’s police department.
