MY HEAD FEELS LIKE A PRISON

My head feels like a prison as I'm tormented by my thoughts Non-Stop. The constant battling with myself is getting old. There is a common denominator with all of the problems I have and that is me and it's not like I haven't tried to change. I've tried relentlessly to succeed but my own self-sabotaging behavior seems to never fail. The only way you can fix stupidity is to destroy it.
