Adding a 2nd primer arm to the RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme

One of the shortcomings of the RCBS Rock Chucker IV/Supreme press is that it only comes with one primer arm. Here, I'm adding a second one so that I don't have to mess with re-assembling the small parts of the supplied arm.
