Just got again from Italy and Amsterdam and ate a number of the fine food of my existence. No rules, simply playing every bite. Now I’m domestic and easing again into food that gasoline me. I’ve lost a hundred pounds over time, and what’s helped most is locating food which might be simple, satisfying, and in fact amusing to consume.

For a a laugh twist, I brought a layer of thin rice paper on the outdoor (think giant spring roll). if you’re superb low carb or now not feeling it, just use lettuce.
