Action Radio 7/7/25, John Eastman Commentary on "Birth-Fraud Citizenship."

It's amazing John Eastman, constitutional lawyer, even has to write this article, because the 14th Amendment is explicitly clear - natural born US citizens can only be from US citizen parents, and permanent US residents who have been approved by the US government. The 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868, making birthright citizenship illegal at that point. Therefore, any child who had the status of US citizen mistakenly attached to them could have that designation corrected to the citizenship of their parents.

Given the practicality of lots of those folks having passed on since 1868, and the confusion of multi-generations of families that technically aren't US citizens as you go down the chain of citizenship birth fraud, I'd be happy going back to 1990, where much of the illegal alien, birth tourism, bogus asylum, mass importation of people, and other means were allowed where children were mis-assigned US citizenship where it was illegal to do so.

1990 was 35 years ago, so we are only talking about two generations, maybe three. Those people who were born here to parents who were only here to give birth and then left the country - all of those citizenships and their children need to be corrected and re-assigned to their parents citizenship. Those people who have stayed here would revert to permanent residents. They could stay, but they couldn't vote or serve on a jury, which was the whole point of bringing them in to vote Democrat. But they could apply for citizenship like anyone else who is a permanent resident. Chain migrants based on mis-assigned citizenship should be considered for deportation, revoking any permanent resident status, and from their home country they could again apply to come here as immigrants.

To be clear, no one is having US citizenship "taken away" from them. We are correcting an illegal and unconstitutional action either by negligence, ignorance, or willful fraud, to steal US citizenship in violation of the 14th Amendment. And we can never have crime pay, or be successful.
