2018 Toyota RAV4 Recall on Battery Hold Down

Dealer tried to sell me a new water pump, belt, and four wheel drive service for $1,300. If you follow my channel I just serviced the four wheel drive components a few months ago. I declined.
Had I known they were going to trash the old Positive Terminal Insulator I would have saved it for future use.
