Trump Nominee For Federal Appeals Court Grilled By Senators; Exposed As Unfit For The Federal Bench
Donald Trump nominated one of his former criminal defense attorneys, Emil Bove, to be a federal circuit court of appeals judge. However, during his hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, it became abundantly clear that Bove is not fit to be a judge, federal or otherwise, given some of what he has done in the short time he's been a high DOJ official, and given his professed inability to recall the things he did in his official capacity just a matter of a few months ago.
