"Noragami: Stray God"

"Noragami: Stray God" is a Japanese manga series created by the artist duo Adachitoka. The story follows Yato, a minor deity who dreams of becoming a famous god with millions of worshippers. To achieve this, he performs odd jobs for five yen apiece while navigating the struggles of being forgotten by the modern world. Alongside Hiyori Iki, a girl who becomes intertwined with the spirit world, and Yukine, his troubled Regalia (a spirit weapon), Yato battles malevolent spirits and other gods while uncovering his mysterious past.

The manga was serialized in Monthly Shōnen Magazine by Kodansha from December 2010 to January 2024, culminating in 27 tankōbon volumes. With a mix of action, supernatural themes, humor, and emotional depth, Noragami has gained a devoted fanbase and has been praised for its artwork and character development.
