Leaving the body, travelling through darkness, coming out into a realm of light, meeting beings of light, souls of the dead, meeting your ancestors, having a life review or judgement, evaluation of your Earthly life, encountering a barrier of gate that you need to pass, or in case of your Near Death Experience, you have to go back at a particular point."
