Great and not so great AK47 Handloads

Loading Jacketed Soft Point, Full Metal Jacket, and Plated Bullets for 7.62x39 (AKM). Powder used is Accurate 1680 (excellent).

Running a couple different loads, both were pretty hot, and the heat and feet per second took the plated Berry's bullets past the 2400fps threshold, with really bad results.

The FMJ and JSP are both pulled bullets, they did much better! Bought some new FMJ bullets from Meadammo.com to try next.

Do not use my handload recipes, cook up your own and be safe!
