So I literally popped my hamstring doing RDLs this week - thought someone punched me in the leg! This is week zero of my 8-week mini cut where I'm dropping from 257 lbs down to the 240s. My coach has me pulling back on the super supplements, cleaning up my blood work, and adjusting my macros. Training days went from 387g protein to 350g, carbs dropped from 580 to 450 (poverty macros!).
