The renovations sought by the Federal Reserve for their Washington, D.C. complex total $2.5 billion, more than 2.7 times what it would cost to build that complex from the ground up! There are calls for a formal investigation, especially since Jerome Powel's testimony about the scale of the renovations differ greatly with the plans on file and the truth. That investigation might provide grounds for removal before his term ends in May of 2026.

Back in 2018 in response to a question about ending the Federal Reserve, "17" replied with one word: Structure. Was that reply referencing the potential "RenovationGate" for the Jerome Powell and the Federal Reserve complex? The Universe advised.
