OLD TABLE INTO SPEEDBAG PLATFORM

I made a speed bag platform from an old table. I chose a sturdy, flat plywood, cut it to the desired size, and assembled it into a stable platform.

I laminated several layers of plywood together, creating a thicker, stiffer platform. And installed a swivel stand for the speed bag.

For installation, only screws, bolts, and washers are needed, as well as metal brackets to the wall or frame securely.

Standard platforms are usually around 24-30 inches in diameter. I made a size of 72.6 centimeters, with a platform thickness of 6 centimeters.

For finishing, I sanded it and then coated it with resin to protect the wood and improve its appearance.
