Slavic paganism (probably Kupala), filmed in Podlasie.

Podlasie is a historical region located in northeastern Poland, deriving its name from the phrase "pod lasem," meaning "near the forest," which reflects the area's wooded nature. Known for its cultural and ethnic diversity, Podlasie has been home to Poles, Belarusians, Lithuanians, Ukrainians, and Tatars for centuries.

The region is renowned for its natural landscapes, including the Białowieża Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which is home to one of Europe's last bison populations.
