Bruce Pardy is professor of law at Queen’s University, senior fellow with the Fraser Institute, and executive director of Rights Probe. We were happy to have Bruce join us on the show to discuss a number of issues related to Alberta independence.

In this clip, Bruce outlines a first principles vision of why the special status of indigenous people should be equalized in an independent Alberta and how this would actually be to the benefit of those indigenous peoples.
