Man And Hot Woman Are The Only Passengers Awaken In A Sleeper Spacecraft.

The Avalon is a sleeper spaceship that will take five thousand colonists and two hundred and fifty workforce members 120 years to sail from Earth to the planet Homestead II. When the ship's defensive apparatus fail to prevent wreckage from an asteroid after just 30 years, the mechanical engineer James "Jim" Preston is accidentally awakened.
Jim is depressed after twelve months alone in the container with only the robot bartender Arthur for companionship. He is on the verge of suicidal acts when he catches sight of Aurora Lane. His heart melts once he watches her video profile. He thinks of bringing her back to life as a friend, but he fights with the idea since he knows it would be immoral and would prevent her from living out her natural life on the world that they're headed towards. When she finally comes to, he lets her think the whole thing was a glitch.

The video is recap of "Passengers" directed by Morten Tyldum and written by Jon Spaihts. The movie has been nominated for Oscar for best achievement in music and production design.
