Man fleeing from cops and shooting at them gets run down - Bang Bang BAM!

I aint gonna lie. I watched that like 5 times. I assembled this from several videos. There was no sound and I really don't think it needed any. Here is the story:

St. Louis Missouri, USA.
Surveillance video has been released from a use-of-force incident on February 21st involving a fleeing armed suspect who fired at detectives and was ultimately struck (and run over and I mean run the hell over) by an unmarked police vehicle.

The Explorer struck light poles near McLaren Avenue and Goodfellow Boulevard and crashed. The driver fled on foot and fired shots at one detective who was following in a vehicle.
The fleeing suspect was struck by a police vehicle while shooting at detectives and apprehended.

No shit.

Taiwansley Jackson, 42, was charged with one count of each first-degree assault, armed criminal action, resisting arrest by fleeing and unlawful possession of a firearm.

He gets hit then run over and he gets charged with assault. Now that is funny. I guess he lived so now the taxpayers will be stuck with his medical bills.
