DR Congo, M23 To Hold Truce Talks In Qatar Again Amid Trump Pressure | Firstpost Africa | N18G

The DR Congo government and the Rwanda-backed M-23 rebels have said they are ready for peace talks. The remarks came amid a continued push by the US to end the fighting.
