Web cam replacement?

hello guys im thinking of using this VIVITAR VEC XX101 as a replacement to my cell phone webcam and was wondering what you guys thought of it. it can do 4k but my little streaming pc can only handle 1080p anyway, let me know what you think. i dont know if its that much of an upgrade or even if its that much different.
