In recent weeks, Russian forces operating in the Novoselivka direction have achieved significant territorial gains, including the liberation of Otradne and Fedorivka and the seizure of substantial portions of Komar. In the northern sector, the AFU forces breached the enemy's defensive lines at the convergence of the Novopavlivka and Novoselivka directions.

A meticulous examination of the armed conflict in the specified region is provided herein.

By May 22, assault groups advancing along the H-15 highway had breached the eastern outskirts of Otradne and were advancing toward the center of the settlement.

On the subsequent day, troops from the 36th Army raised Russian state flags in several parts of the village, thereby marking its full liberation. In the subsequent three weeks, Russian military units advanced significantly, capturing a substantial area to the south of the Vovcha River and expelling the AFU from multiple forest belts.

By June 16, forward elements had successfully breached AFU defenses between Dachne and Zaporizhzhia, thereby effectively reaching the border of the Dnipro Region. It is anticipated that subsequent advancements along the right flank of the Novoselivka axis will encompass the villages of Zaporizhzhia and Yalta. The liberation of these regions, followed by mopping-up operations in surrounding areas, would allow the Russian Armed Forces to create a deep wedge in AFU defenses and establish fire control over Ukrainian supply lines near Piddubne and Myrne.
