Police Sgt. helps use kayak to rescue woman who drove into Detroit River

A police sergeant helped rescue a woman after her SUV plunged into the Detroit River in Trenton on Monday afternoon. We're told the sergeant borrowed a kayak, paddled out there and even used a paddle to smash the window.
