The BEST Bicep Exercise You're NOT Doing - Hammer Preacher Curls With Two Dumbbells!

My good friend Andy showed me this exercise and it took my arm training to the next level. We're doing hammer preacher curls but with two dumbbells instead of one, instead of a barbell, instead of anything else! When you use dumbbells you're not only getting the upward motion, you're also having to push the dumbbells together creating a very intense squeeze. They are deceptively hard - I've never been that sore in my biceps in years! Try these out on your next arm day!
