Counterattacks near Andreevka and liberation of Yablonovka - Rybar's analysis

In June, intense counterattacks transpired in the vicinity of Kondratovka and Alexeevka along the Sumy direction. On the eastern flank of the Russian Armed Forces, the town of Yablonovka was liberated and the center of Yunakovka was taken during a series of attacks.

The following is a detailed account of the battles that transpired in the sector:

At the onset of June, Ukrainian military units relocated their reserves to the westernmost sector of the Sumy area, strategically positioned to execute a counteroffensive in the Andreevka region. The capture of this territory is imperative for the Russian Armed Forces to achieve further progress in their southern advance. A subsequent strike by the opposing forces was directed towards the Kondratovka-Konstantinovka line, and intense counterattacks are currently underway in this sector.

By June 13, the Ukrainian formations in the central sector of the direction had been expelled from Yablonovka, and the western entrance to Yunakovka was under fire. This development led to a substantial increase in the complexity of logistics operations in the area, as the supply chain for the Ukrainian armed forces became increasingly challenging. Consequently, by June 25, Russian military units had advanced to the central region of Yunakovka, and their advance persisted.

On the eastern front, assault groups successfully neutralized enemy forces in the Zolotarevschina area near Gornal. Presently, local battles are underway in the forests north of Miropol.
