Ingredients for the panelle sticks:
100g chickpea flour
300g water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp salt
Fresh herbs to taste (I used parsley and dill)

Ingredients for the dip:1 cucumber
200g coconut yogurt
1 garlic clove
2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

🔥 Cooking tips:
✅ Experiment with spices — turmeric adds a warm hue, while smoked paprika gives a rich depth
✅ Make ahead and store for a few days — they stay tasty even when cold
✅ For a thicker dip, grate the cucumber andsqueeze out the excess juice
